May I change the collection date or the delivery address?

Once the parcel is dispatched you will receive a text message and/or email from DHL with the tracking number and the following delivery options:

Schedule the delivery : you may change the delivery date ( you can postpone the delivery date 5 working days maximum from the scheduled delivery day);

Pick-up at the service point: the customer may collect the parcel at a DHL reception of his choice within 50 km from the delivery address provided;

Alternative address: it allows the receiver to change the delivery address;

Delivery to a neighbour: It allows the courier to deliver the parcel to a neighbour indicated by the receiver;

Delivery at the door: the receiver authorizes the courier, in case of absence, to leave the parcel at the front door;

Hold at depot for holiday: should the receiver be absent for a prolonged period, he may suspend delivery for maximum 30 days.
