RETURNS AND REFUNDS
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You may return any product purchased on Aspesi.com within 14 days from the delivery date, by following the procedure below:
1. Fill out the online Return Form: if you are a registered user, please access the My Account section - My Orders - View Order - Return, fill in the form and click on "Send"; if you placed your order as a guest, you may notify your return request by clicking here and by following the relevant procedure;
2. Make sure all products are in the same state in which you received them, in pristine condition, with their original packaging, unused, unworn, never washed and/or damaged and with all identification tags attached;
3. Affix the pre-printed label on the original box so as to cover the original shipping label;
4. Please contact our courier no later than 14 days after completing the online Return Form. You may book your collection request at this link or by calling the DHL center in your country. The courier will pick up your parcel wherever and whenever you wish. Should you choose to return your product via a different courier, we kindly ask you to inform us by contacting our Customer Service in accordance with the procedures laid down on our Website.
If the returned products do not comply with the above-mentioned conditions, we will not be able to accept your return and you will not be refunded. In this case you may still request for the returned product to be shipped back to you at your own expenses and in the state in which it was received, by contacting our Customer Service.
Should you reside outside the European Union, you will need to print, fill-out and enclose in the outer transparent envelope, 5 copies of the "return proforma invoice" received by email at the time of purchase.
RMA, WHAT IS IT FOR?
The RMA code uniquely identifies your return and enables us to keep track of your package at all stages, from the moment it is handed over to the courier until it reaches our warehouse.
It helps us processing the successful return to our warehouse in a timely manner, thus enabling us to complete the relevant refund procedures within the standard handling time.
Should you accidentally return the goods without activating the online RMA, there may be delays in accepting the return and consequently in processing your refund.
IS THE RETURN FREE OF CHARGE?
Exercise your right to return is free of charge: we will fully refund the original price of the returned product with no additional charges or fees, however, we will withhold the delivery costs and will not refund any taxes or customs duties you may have incurred in receiving the goods.
Should you rely on the same carrier by which you received your order, you will not be charged any additional costs for the return of the product (except for any taxes and customs duties applied in the country from which you will ship the returned product to us).
Alternatively, you may choose to return your product via a different courier. In this case, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Please note that using a different courier may slow down the return/refund process and that, in such cases, any liability in the event of loss or damage to the product during transport will be your sole responsibility.
I LOST MY RETURN LABEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Should you have lost your return label, please contact our Customer Service.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?
It is not possible to exchange the size and/or colour of the item purchased. You may only request the return of the product in compliance with the terms indicated in this section and place a new order online.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
If the product is returned in compliance with all the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph «HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?», we will refund the price of the returned product (however, we will withhold the delivery costs and will not refund any taxes or customs duties you may have incurred in receiving the goods) within 14 days from the date you filled out the online Return Form, provided that the product was received by us within that timeframe.
We will refund the amount by the same payment method selected during the purchasing process. Credit will be granted within the strictly necessary technical deadlines and depending on the payment service provider. For further details, we suggest that you directly contact your bank/service provider.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are sorry for what happened. Please contact our Customer Service directly, our advisors will be glad to rectify the inconvenience occurred.
However, please note that in order to report a defective product you will be required to provide us with evidence of the date on which your purchase was finalised, as well as the date of delivery, detailed information on the defect and the date on which the fault was detected.
