Are returns free?

You will be refunded the cost of your order with no additional charges or fees, but excluding the original shipping cost and any import duties incurred to receive your order. 

For your convenience, shipping cost and customs duties, wherever due, will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We also remind you that if you decide to return the product without using the label supplied by ASPESI, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. Any liability in the event of loss or damage to the product during transport will be your sole responsibility
