How long will it take to get a refund?

If the product is returned in compliance with all the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph «HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?», we will refund the price of the returned product (however, we will withhold the delivery costs and will not refund any taxes or customs duties you may have incurred in receiving the goods) within 14 days from the date you filled out the online Return Form, provided that the product was received by us within that timeframe.

We will refund the amount by the same payment method selected during the purchasing process.

Credit will be granted within the strictly necessary technical deadlines and depending on the payment service provider.
